Our Commitment We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
1. Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
2. Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (a wrong or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost — no return necessary.
7. Exchanges We're happy to exchange defective or damaged items. Contact us with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process.
8. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened consumable products (treats, supplements)
- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
9. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at calmpets@xoxocalmpets.com.
